When one thinks of a tree, one rarely thinks simple….

With its complex system of sustaining life, it is indeed not simple at all.

However, seen through my grand-children’s eyes this tree brings  a simple gift of fun and cool relief  from the harsh sun above.

Silent Sundays: Yes, It is True

She has ran a few thousand miles on these paws

That curiosity and nose of hers has lead her down a few thousand paths, even the ones that lead to trouble. (skunks)

She has smiled a thousand smiles.

And she has laughed a thousand times.  Yes It is True she laughs and laughs hard.  Everyone should have a laughing dog.  They make you feel so not alone and very appreciated.

I am crazy about my buddy.  Yes, It is true.

I snapped 2 photos of wildflowers on my way to work Sept 1, 2011.  I live in a tourist area and actually had to wait for the cars to move on.  They had the same idea as me.  I felt a little foolish with my pocket camera in a sea of jumbo cameras, large lens, fast action photographers.  But I like my little pictures
