Between:
the lines is a path to our home,
a haven where the fireplace is always warming and hot chocolate is always on.
Family, friends and neighbors are always welcomed
Between:
the navigational beacons is the road to work,
where everyday is an adventure in human nature.

Between:
the trees is a little peace of mind,
where neighbors are always helping neighbors.

Between:
You and the other side is a downed tree.
An ominous sight when traveling deep in the forest to deliver mail.
************************************************************************
Between:
the bottom branches and the ground are bowls in the snow,
where the deer and elk can rest and wait out the storm

Between:
you and me, I would not have it any other way.
I mistakenly posted my self portrait on my word blog Life is a bow of Kibble. Click here if you would like to check it out.

Wonderful photos. Did the mail ever get delivered that day with the downed tree? Merry Christmas!
Yes, lucky for me Hubs keeps an arsenal of goodie in the bed of the truck. One thing he always has is a chainsaw. The mail made it all the way to it’s intended receiver.
Gorgeous… Didn’t know you had this blog. Wonderful surprise! 🙂
Happy Holidays! 🙂
Well I am not a photographer, as you can see, so I thought I would put them in a place that would not assault the eye unless you chose to have your eyes Violated
In the midst of the cold snow, I could feel the warmth of your generous words. Words that brings to mind why the Holiday season is a time of joy, love , hope and peace. Wonderful photos. Hot chocolate sounds delicious….Happy Holidays.

Thanks Islander. You aways have the kindest words.
You actually made me look forward to having snow. Of course, your pictures look more stunning than anything I’ve seen my way.
Stay safe and warm this season. It looks like you’ve got that covered though.
